The candidate have completed of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent.
Primarily Windows Understanding but UNIX environments a plus.
Should possess good troubleshooting skills.
Interest and even coursework in Quality Assurance is a major plus here: Creating test plans, designs and executing of tests
Applicable experience using automation and scripting languages like Python or Perl.
Must have good communication skills and ability to work across teams and orgs.
Course work or experience in Security is a definite plus.
Miscellaneous areas of understanding: Database, Installer environments, UI.
